(Totally optional) SETUP TIPS:
- Set up the room so the seats are toward the front
and close together. If your room is larger than needed, the staff will
be inclined to fill the room by spreading the chairs or tables
throughout the room. This creates a vacuum and destroys the energy in
the room. Instead, fill the front of the room and leave the back of the
room empty.
- If possible, arrange the chairs in a semi-circle or
chevron pattern (audiences respond better when they can see
each other!)
- Stagger the chairs. By arranging the chairs so
that each seat is between the two in front if it, people won’t have
their views obstructed by those seated in front of them.
